While leading information architecture and UX content strategy, I worked hand-in-hand with the product development team to create a digital world through which the Asian Legacy Library’s (ALL) community could explore the organization’s preservation of ancient wisdom traditions and become inspired to support ALL with donations, advocacy and engagement. The website focused on storytelling, calls to action, and creating a seamless experience for users who wanted to take advantage of ALL’s resource collections. It was a major success among stakeholders and the ALL community, and won several prestigious design awards, including a Webby for Charitable Organization.
